These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Site and any purchases you make. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. (But we’ll be sad to see you go.)

1. Who We Are
Tommy Popcorn is a gourmet popcorn brand that produces bold, small-batch snacks with personality. The Site is operated by Tommy Popcorn Inc (“we,” “our,” “us”).

3. Orders
a) Product Availability
We do our best to keep all products in stock, but because we pop in small batches, some flavors may sell out. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we’ll contact you with options.

b) Pricing
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions.

c) Payment
We accept major credit cards and payment methods via secure checkout platforms. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

d) Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to cancel or change something, please email us ASAP at team@tommypopcorn.com. Once shipped, we cannot make changes.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs, delivery times, and available methods are listed during checkout. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of popcorn, we do not accept returns. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at team@tommypopcorn.com, and we’ll make it right.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site – logos, images, product names, copy, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Tommy Popcorn and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.

7. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree to:
