1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By participating in the “Berry Hot Password” promotion (the “Promotion”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Tommy Popcorn Inc. and Olive & Oak, 700 Oceanport Ave, Oceanport, NJ, which are final and binding in all respects.

    

2. ELIGIBILITY The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

    

3. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion begins on March 28th 2026 and ends on September 28th 2026 or when supplies of the promotional product are exhausted, whichever occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). Tommy Popcorn Inc., however, holds the exclusive right to terminate this promotion at any time.

    

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Receive the “Secret Password” via the email address provided. 
4. Visit the participating location: Olive & Oak, 700 Oceanport Ave, Oceanport, NJ.
5. Verbally state (“whisper”) the password to the authorized staff member at the location. 
   
6. THE OFFER (“THE DEAL”) Upon successful validation of the password at the participating location, eligible participants will receive: 

• One (1) bag of Berry Hot Popcorn (Approx. 1oz).

   

6. LIMITATIONS 

• Limit one (1) redemption per person/email address. 
• The Offer is available strictly while supplies last. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the item with another of equal or greater value if the designated product is unavailable. 
• The Offer is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. 
• Redemption must be made in person. No mail-in or online redemption is available for this specific offer.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Terms.

    

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its partners, and their respective agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the promotional item, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors; (c) printing errors; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property.

    

10. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State/Country of New Jersey, without respect to its conflict of law doctrines.
