Tommy didn’t invent New York pizza, but he sure as hell brought it to popcorn.

Empire State was born behind the deli, where Tommy used to put back slices and dream up his next flavor. It’s inspired by late nights on Broadway; hot dog in one hand, pizza slice in the other.

And yeah, some said popcorn couldn’t taste like pizza.
